Delete your V Taper Aesthetic Fitness account

Effective date: 10 October 2026

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to V Taper Aesthetic Fitness.
  2. Open More → Account → Privacy controls.
  3. Choose Delete account and data.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

When online account services are available, confirmation sends the deletion request to the account service and clears the app’s local account data, saved login, and scheduled reminders. A local-only session can be cleared from the same screen without a server account.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@limocontech.com from the address associated with the account. Use the subject V Taper Aesthetic Fitness account deletion. We will verify account control before processing the request. Do not send your password, one-time code, payment information, or private progress photos.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes or de-identifies the account identity and sessions and deletes associated synced profile, training, workout, recovery, measurement, progress, consent, safety-acknowledgement, AI-interaction, sync, subscription-entitlement, and private data-export records. Progress photos stay on the device in the current Android release and are removed from the app’s local data by the in-app flow; clearing app storage or uninstalling also removes app-managed local copies.

Limited retention

Private export packages are removed when the account is deleted and otherwise expire after seven days. Narrow records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Any retained information is restricted from ordinary product use and removed or de-identified when the retention reason ends.

Google Play subscriptions

If paid access is enabled and you have an active Google Play subscription, deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play to stop future renewal.
